Accountability and Responsibility in Personal and Work life

Accountability and Responsibility in Personal and Work life

0 STUDENTS ENROLLED

Taking responsibility builds character! Accepting responsibility is recognizing the connection between inner beliefs and outer circumstances. You recognize that you respond or react to your reality with thoughts, attitudes and patterns of feeling – in all circumstances even the good ones. Accountability is taking ownership of your own behavior and the consequences of that behavior. Until you accept responsibility for your actions or failures, it’ll be very difficult for you to develop self-respect or even have the others to respect you.

Accountability is the glue that ties commitment to results!

“In the long run, we shape our lives, and we shape ourselves. The process never ends until we die. And the choices we make are ultimately our own responsibility” – Eleanor Roosevelt.
